Every second, the ROM machine responds, automatically, to each individual’s current exercise capability. The harder the machine is pushed, the harder it pushes back. As a result, the workout suits the individual. While athletes can keep pushing themselves to higher and higher levels of achievement (there’s really no limit), those in poor shape benefit by gradually improving their physical condition.

Regardless of your physical condition today, the ROM adjusts its resistance to provide a complete, attainable workout in 4 minutes. Your body reacts immediately and begins its rebuilding process. Features two stations, one for the upper body and one for the lower body.

Modern but not alien – The machine is about efficiency, not complexity. Therefore each station engages the body in motions that users are already familiar with: The lower body station disguises itself as a tricked out pedal-stepper while the sit-down upper body station borrows visual conventions from the rowing machine. The important difference however is the complete range of motion provided by the ROM versus conventional machines.

At the heart of the machine - the 85-pound flywheel with centrifugal brake for resistance enables superior responsiveness to the user’s every move. The faster the flywheel spins, the more resistance is applied until it perfectly matches the strength and ability of each user.
